RatPac-Dune Entertainment or RatPac Entertainment, is an American motion picture financing company formed in a merger by producer-director Brett Ratner, his partner billionaire James Packer, and Dune Entertainment's Steven Mnuchin, which provides funds to a number of Warner Bros. films. After negotiations with Fox to renew their deal broke down, Dune negotiated with Warner Bros. to replace Legendary Pictures as a key co-financing partner. They subsequently co-financed DC Extended Universe movies starting from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice to Justice League. Warner has decided not to renew the deal with Ratner or his RatPac company amid the sexual assault/harrassment allegations that came up around Ratner in late 2017.
